Beta Program

AlwaysLerning is currently in public beta. By using our platform, you understand that features may change, bugs may occur, and service interruptions may happen. See our Beta Program page for more details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlwaysLerning, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use AlwaysLerning. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on AlwaysLerning (check-ins, notes, forum posts, etc.).

License to Us: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Content Standards: You agree not to post content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Spam or misleading
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or viruses
  • Harasses or bullies others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Premium Subscriptions

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Payment is processed through Stripe.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied. Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not provided.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

AlwaysLerning and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by AlwaysLerning and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms or our policies
  • Harms AlwaysLerning, our users, or third parties
  • Exposes us to legal liability

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results from using the service will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlwaysLerning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
